Print Ad Guidelines

A Journal will be distributed at the event. Please show your support by purchasing an ad in our Journal.

Choose a purchase level on the Purchase Sponsorships Journal Ads page of the online Event Journal.

PLEASE NOTE: For inclusion into the Awards Journal, furnish your materials on or before Friday, July 14, 2017.

When purchasing through the site, during checkout, you will be prompted to upload an ad or to upload ad materials/copy for creation of your ad by our journal specialists. If you do not have your ad at time of purchase, you can submit your ad a later time.

Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Embedded in that email is a link where you can return to submit your ad and/or ad materials at a later time. This email can be forwarded to your marketing department or ad agency for direct submission of the ad via the link to the online system.

Files should be submitted in the following formats:

  • High Resolution (at least 300 dpi)
  • Color
  • PDF, TIF, EPS or JPG
  • Please do not e-mail files larger than 3.5 Megabytes (MB). Large files can be uploaded via our Hightail account by clicking the following link:
